How to add items to your basket!
1. Click on picture to enlarge
2. To purchase click on little shopping cart icon to the right of item.
3. To verify what you have in your basket click on the "Basket Name" on top
menu.
| Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. We ship
either UPS or priority mail depending on the weight of the package.
Allow 4 to 5 days to receive your package. If we shipped it UPS
check your email for tracking information. Be sure to give both street address and P.O. Box information if you have both. You may return any undamaged or unused products within 30 days for a full refund. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your credit card number. After 30 days we do exchanges with a copy of your receipt. Mail them back to the address on the invoice you received with the order. If you are having problems placing an order on line you may call our office 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday to place your order. We are a home based business just like yours so please respect our business hours. 1-800-551-0077. Discounts or "no shipping offers" When you place your order any advertised discounts will now show when you place the order and receive your confirmation. We will take the discounts off when we print and process your order. Coupons that you have received from us to be used on your next purchase. You must use them before the expiration date. The coupon code must be listed in the notice to use section. That is when you check out it is below where you put your name and address. You received more than one confirmation, will you get more than one order? No we will only send you one. The reason that this happened is because at the very end of the order you hit the back button which duplicates the order. My basket is empty when I try to check out. You thought you were
putting things in your basket but nothing is there. You were
clicking on the WORD Basket. You need to add an item by click on the
"little shopping basket" that is in the upper right corner of each item. |
